Mark Ricca is a Founding Partner of IntelliCom Analytics and leads the firm's End User Consulting Practice. Mark supports end user clients in virtually all industry and size segments to plan, select, implement and manage effective IT and communication solutions and policies that drive improved productivity and financial performance.

Prior to IntelliCom Analytics, Mark held key positions in multiple segments of the industry. They were: EVP of Business Development at InfoTech Consulting; Managing Director of Telecommunications Consulting at Gartner Group; VP of IT Planning at Drexel Burnham Lambert; Division Manager of Market Planning and Development at AT&T and AT&T International; Sr. Manager of Communications Consulting at Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC); and Sr. Manager of Corporate Communications at American Express.

Mr. Ricca earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration at Rutgers University. He has a Certificate in International Business from Wharton School of Business.

Militarily, Mark graduated from Officers Candidate School, served in the NJ Army National Guard and Army Reserve. He retired as a First Lieutenant.

Mark Ricca is a Board member of Georgian Court University (GCU). He Chairs the GCU IT Advisory Committee and is Vice Chair of the Audit and Finance Committees.

Mark is married and resides in Fairfield NJ. He and his wife Diane have three children and seven grandchildren.
